365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations in the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35) and is recruiting safety‑focused Class A CDL drivers based in Rehobeth, Alabama. We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, secure parking, and reliable home time.

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base rate: $0.55 per CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).

• 100% paid practical miles for training and qualification purposes.

Route, schedule, and equipment

• Regional lanes serving the Eastern U.S. (east of I‑35), with operations based in Rehobeth, AL.
• Predictable schedule and guaranteed weekly home time: full 48‑hour weekend reset.
• Premium tractors assigned (2025–2026 Freightliner/Kenworth) with a strict no slip‑seating policy.
• All tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators for driver comfort.
• Freight type: 100% no‑touch freight with drop‑and‑hook operations.
• Secure terminal parking available in the Rehobeth area.
• Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.

Qualifications and requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT medical card.
• Experienced route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
• Trainee/entry‑level route: Recent CDL school graduates are eligible. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
