As an Office Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting office.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements and tax returns.
• Supervise, train, and develop office staff.
• Analyze and improve office operations and procedures.
• Maintain strong internal controls.
• Coordinate month-end reconciliations and inventories.
• Partner with the controller on financial statements, audits, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-cycle accounting experience .
• Proficiency in CDK DMS software and Microsoft Office ( required ).
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
