🛠️ About the Role

We’re seeking skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team. If you have experience operating machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or backhoes—and take pride in precision and efficiency—we want to hear from you!

🔧 Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Valid equipment operator certification/license
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to work assigned shift (1st or 2nd)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saginaw, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
