ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Hey there! We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and outgoing person to join our State Farm team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive crew, this could be the perfect fit for you.
- Talking with customers (in person, on the phone or by email) to help them with insurance questions and needs.
- Quoting and setting up policies for auto, home, life and much more ...
- Reaching out to potential customers and following up with leads.
- Keeping things organized and making sure every detail is handled.
- Working toward personal and team goals (with plenty of support!).
- Great communicator with a positive attitude
- Goal-driven and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented (you notice the small stuff!)
- Must be willing to get licensed within 2 months of hire (don't worry -- we'll help!)
- Big bonus points if you've worked in sales or customer service before
- Base pay + commission/bonus opportunities (your hard work will pay off!)
