Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking an Executive Officer (XO) to join our team! In this role you will provide support to the Regan Test Site (RTS) and the Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide RTS front office support to include scheduling, planning meetings, and calendar management.
• Establish and enforce policies, and procedures, ensuring the Commander and staff are informed on matters affecting the organization.
• Ensures information flow between the staff and Commander on staff recommendations and the Commander's intent.
• Coordinate the RTS Commander and Deputy Directors' day-to-day schedule to include planning and scheduling meetings with DVs and SMDC-TC upper management.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of seven years of related experience; four years of additional experience can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Prior Military experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across the Commander, staff, and other Stakeholders.
• Travel as required to support oversight, meetings, reviews, etc.
• Solid MS Suite and MS Teams knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with Military Space and Testing Environment.

Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an Active DoD Secret clearance
