Job Title: Medical Surgical RN – Stepdown Experience Required

Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg, Stroke, and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in Med/Surg
- Stroke & Stepdown care required
- Prior travel required
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Active RN license
- BLS required; ACLS recommended
- Strong critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside support for Med/Surg and Stroke Stepdown units
- Conduct neuro monitoring and respond to changes
- Administer medications and follow physician orders
- Collaborate with team members for coordinated care
- Assist in urgent stroke-related interventions
- Maintain EPIC chart accuracy
