Carrier Management Support Specialist , Highland Capital Brokerage

Role Type: Full time
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + Sales Incentive Compensation

Summary:
This role provides critical administrative and reporting support to the VP of Carrier Management. The position ensures smooth execution of operational tasks, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between internal teams and carrier partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data management and communication.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in financial services, or related field, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical experience will be considered
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and post meeting follow up activities for carrier-related activities.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and distribute summaries to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with key HCB stakeholders in organizing carrier-sponsored events and internal planning sessions.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Collaborate with Operational and Sales Management teams to maintain accurate records of carrier sponsorship funds, bonuses, and other carrier resource allocations.
- Coordinate and manage regular reports on carrier sponsorship allocations, ROI of meetings and events, and bonus forecasting.
- Collaborate with Data team to maintain and gather feedback on Carrier Data package elements.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain organized files for carrier agreements, sponsorship plans, and survey results.
- Maintain Carrier Key Contact documentation
Cross-Team Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison for internal teams to ensure timely communication of carrier updates, pricing changes, and product information.
- Assist teams in Carrier Champion efforts including meeting origination, note taking, retention and dispersion through organization.
- Support coordination with LIBRA and other strategic partners for resource optimization.
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years in administrative, reporting, or operations support roles within financial services or insurance industry are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
