As the Senior Manager, Strategic Operations \(Data Systems\), you will support the team that's helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors\. We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member's career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate\. \*\*Available benefits may vary depending upon terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plans\. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. **What your day\-to\-day will be like:** + Be a strategic partner within the Strategic Operations team to spearhead initiatives that inspire change, develop new processes, and maximize market share\. + Design, and implement tools, technologies, and efficiencies that improve commercial initiatives, streamline operations, and influence strategic decisions\. + Provide strategic advisory on analytics and data product adoption, ensuring efficient decision\-making processes\. **How you will collaborate with others:** + Collaborate cross\-functionally with partners-including Data Science, Analytics, BI, and Commercial Services and Hilton Technology teams-to translate business needs into scalable data products\. + Organize monthly Strategic Operations team meetings to ensure team is working on the right priorities, address issues and escalations, encourage code reviews and sharing of best practices, and brainstorm on current challenges or obstacles\. **What projects you will take ownership of:** + Establish and track performance metrics for newly developed products, analyzing results and reporting successes and areas of opportunity\. + Oversee multiple cross\-functional programs and projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment across RMCC and enterprise teams\. + Lead the development and strategic planning of the technology stack, including its architecture, implementation and long\-term roadmap\. **WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Seven \(7\) years professional experience in analytics/data\-engineering roles + Two \(2\) years of experience leading or architecting new technology platforms or systems + Three \(3\) years of leadership or supervisory experience, especially in cross\-functional or technical teams + Three \(3\) years coding experience in automation, macros, and PivotTables + Prioritization and team management capabilities + Travel up to 10% **It would be useful if you have:** + Three \(3\) years developing complex SQL and stored procedures \(Redshift, SQL Server, MySQL\) + Knowledge of aligning technical execution with business strategy + Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and MicroStrategy + Partner\-management skills to translate business needs into technical solutions + Experience with Git\-based version control and CI/CD pipeline management + Experience implementing Agile methodologies and framework to teams + Familiarity with coding standards enforcement \(PEP 8, docstrings\) and leading code reviews **WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON** Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \. The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 \- $100,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.
