Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation | Columbiana, Alabama
Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position offers flexibility to fit your schedule:
- Part-Time: Work every other weekend only
- Full-Time: Work every other weekend plus some additional weekday shifts
If you are a strong clinical leader who enjoys supporting staff, ensuring quality resident care, and helping maintain smooth daily operations, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations
- Support and mentor nurses and CNAs
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Alabama RN license
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
