As an Armed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a caring, team-focused culture while demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professionalism. An armed guard card or license is required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate access and incident documentation.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly work environment by reporting hazards, damaged equipment, and/or facility concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
