General Dentist – $20,000 Sign-On Bonus | Gardendale, AL

Luma Dentistry is seeking a General Dentist to join our busy and well-established family practice in Gardendale, Alabama . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern practice with strong patient demand, supportive colleagues, and advanced technology.

You will be working alongside Dr. Elizabeth Lucas and Dr. Frankie Jones , both experienced General Dentists dedicated to providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Job Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• New grads encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% – 32% of Net Collections
• $700 – $800 Daily Guarantee for the First 180 Days
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

• Minimum 4 days per week
• 5 days preferred
• Monday – Friday schedule

Practice & Technology

• 2 Hygiene Chairs / 4 Operatory Chairs
• PAN / CBCT
• iTero Digital Scanner
• Established patient base
• 99% Collection Rate (Trailing 12 Months)

Clinical Scope

We are seeking a full-service General Dentist comfortable with a wide range of procedures, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Preventive care
• Extractions
• Endodontic treatment (at least anterior teeth)

Immediate start preferred
