Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and set a positive, professional tone for their experience
- Manage front desk point of sale software for customer purchases, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and spa maintenance, upholding a clean and organized environment
- Schedule, confirm, and review appointments and customer memberships, maintaining strong client relationships
- Answer client questions regarding IV treatments, products, and spa services
- Provide basic nutrient consultations and share product knowledge to support sales
- Oversee the waiting area, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support administrative tasks and inventory as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, sales, or customer service role (spa, wellness, or medical setting preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask efficiently and remain organized under pressure
- Interest in wellness, hydration therapy, or holistic health is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
