ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Provide accurate information about policies and services.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
RequirementsPrevious customer service experience required.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A friendly and patient demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
