Job Skills / Requirements
Floor Tech
The responsibility of a Floor Tech is to maintain all floors to include stripping and waxing floors scrubbing tile floors and carpet care. Equipment knowledge is a plus.
Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strip and wax floors during evening hours
- Carpet spot treatment
- Carpet Shampooing
- Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains
- Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
