Business Development/Capture Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, capture proposal development, contract negotiation, contract compliance, and customer communications.
The Business Developer/Capture candidate should have prior experience with business-to-business contracts and a demonstrated ability to achieve contract deliverables goals.
Experience in project management, industrial technology, supply-chain management, and logistics.
Additionally, prior experience specific to the industry may contribute to the success of Business Developer candidates.
The Business Development Manager will coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer & Program Management Office (PMO) team and perform liaison activities with Senior management and key project stakeholders. Business Development/Capture Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
The Business Development/Capture Manger will Support Ranger Land Systems (RLS) for all assigned capture and proposal efforts as approved by President & Chief Operating Officer.
Activities Include:
· Estimates partners' needs and goals.
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Mandatory Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree with 10 + years Business Development/Capture experience
· Experience with FAR Requirements
· 10- 15 years' experience managing Gov't contracts (DoD, FEMA, CBP)
· Understand the Shipley Proposal Guide
· Ability to work independently and as Team member
· Able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables on time
· Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based platforms like SharePoint
Desirable:
· PMP Certified
Job Type: Part-time

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
