Automation Personnel Services is looking for an RA Admin for LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for processing customer documentation, maintaining operational records, supporting case management activities, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding administrative support.

Pay rate:

$18 to $20 per hour

Schedule and Hours:

8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (Hours may change due to business needs)

RA Admin Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and validate customer documents, serial tags, and Return Authorization (RA) paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and organize customer emails and supporting documentation
• Download, maintain, and update operational reports and data files
• Support case tracking, data entry, and document management
• Follow up on missing information and assist with administrative tasks

RA Admin Qualifications and Requirements:
• 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Communication and follow-up skills

Preferred
• Experience in customer service, operations, warranty, returns, or call center environments
• Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data validation, reporting)

Job Type
Full-time, long term temporary
