Overview:

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Framer to assist with building interior layouts and construction. This role requires experience in carpentry, drywall installation, and blueprint reading, along with the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Frame and install interior building components
• Measure, cut, and install drywall and wall panels
• Tape, patch, and finish drywall surfaces
• Use and maintain hand and power tools
• Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding
• Troubleshoot construction issues on-site or in the shop

Skills and Experience:

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, construction math, and tool usage
• Experience with drywall installation and finishing
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, overhead work)
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel if needed
• Availability for overtime and weekend work
