A respected regional healthcare system is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its established hospital-employed anesthesia team. This opportunity offers a supportive, team-oriented practice environment with flexible scheduling and no required call, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Practice Setting
- Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and endoscopy
- Collaborative anesthesia care team model with anesthesiologists and CRNAs
- Stable, well-supported environment with experienced nursing and surgical staff
- Optional involvement in clinical education for SRNAs
Schedule
- Choice of Monday-Friday schedule or shift-based structure
- No required call or weekend coverage
- Flexible shift options including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with part-time option available
