Job Description

We are seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our team in a non-climate-controlled facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift and be committed to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.

• Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Excellent attendance required—no missed days during the first 90 days.

• Must provide own safety toe shoes, long pants, and t-shirt (sweatshirts and jackets allowed).
• PPE provided: ear plugs, safety glasses, and cleaning gear.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate-controlled facility where you will need to provide your own safety toe shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. Ear plugs, safety glasses, and cleaning gear will be provided. Expect to be on your feet for long periods, performing physically demanding tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.30/hr.
