Customer Service Representative $720 WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding accounts, invoices, payments, and services.
- Process customer invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account concerns.
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, billing activities, and collection efforts.
- Process payments and apply credits accurately within the accounting system.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Shifts:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- 6 - 8 Weeks
