This Recruiter role will hire specifically for our Attorneys, helping to hire and onboard the best legal talent in the country! The successful candidate will have strong relational, organizational, and time-management skills and a go-getter mentality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
• Recruiting experience: 1-2 years (Required)
• High-volume recruiting experience is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time

Location: fully on-site at our Downtown Birmingham location on 4th Ave N.
