Position Details

• Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
• Location: Huntsville, AL
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $20+/hour, based on experience
• Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week

Your Role
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our patients throughout their dental journey. You’ll help ensure each day runs smoothly by:

• Creating and maintaining a productive and efficient daily schedule
• Confirming appointments and managing follow-ups
• Collecting copays, outstanding balances, and payments prior to treatment
• Assisting patients in understanding their treatment plans and overcoming barriers (such as cost, insurance, or scheduling concerns)
• Greeting patients warmly and communicating effectively across all channels (in person, phone, text, and email)
