At Divine Expressions Family Dentistry in Madison, AL , we invite you to become our next full-time Dental Office Receptionist . This role requires prior experience working in a dental office, including dental insurance verification and patient coordination. DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST BASICS:

As our Dental Office Receptionist, you will enjoy a consistent full-time schedule, working 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday . Your role will help set the tone for our practice throughout each workday in beautiful Madison, AL.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Each morning, you will start your day at the front desk, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism. From answering phones to scheduling appointments, you will become the friendly first point of contact for everyone who enters our office. Throughout the day, you will guide patients through the check-in process, enroll them in treatments, and help them navigate financial and insurance conversations. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and keep the front office running smoothly will make you an integral part of our patient-focused practice. As the day progresses, you will collaborate closely with our dental team, ensuring that everyone who visits Divine Expressions Family Dentistry receives the highest level of care and customer service.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Genuinely friendly with a welcoming attitude
• Strong ability to connect and communicate with a wide variety of personalities
• 1+ year (s) of experience providing excellent customer service and working in a dental office
• 1+ year of experience with dental insurance and insurance verification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a busy setting
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with dental software is a plus
