Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 9 years of Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile).
- 2+years of Mandatory project management experience.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Proven experience in Oracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, and Change Management.
- Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows.
- Hands-on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi-tech, or life sciences industries preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM.
- Support product structure, item master, BOM management, change management, and workflow configuration.
- Facilitate workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, test scripts), and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and data migration.
- Provide best practice recommendations for product lifecycle management processes.
- Deliver training and post-go-live support to business users
