Position: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – IRES Contract
Location: Huntsville, AL
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 DOE
Security Clearance: Active SC required

Position Summary:
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will serve as the primary liaison between OSAAVA Services and key stakeholders on the IRES contract. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the successful delivery of contract objectives. The CRM will coordinate internal teams, track performance metrics, and provide executive-level reporting to both the client and OSAAVA leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IRES contract stakeholders and government leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and project coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Monitor contract performance and metrics, providing regular status updates and executive briefings.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements to strengthen client satisfaction.
Lead contract meetings, reviews, and other engagement activities with both internal and client teams.
Ensure compliance with all contract terms, government regulations, and company policies.
Support transition planning, onboarding, and offboarding for personnel assigned to the contract.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in client relationship management, program management, or account management in federal IT or cybersecurity services.
Demonstrated success managing high-profile government contracts.
Strong knowledge of government contracting processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and contract management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) contracts.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
Experience with IT service delivery and enterprise program oversight.
