We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, adaptability, high energy, time management, critical thinking, sound judgment, be proactive and dependable, and be exceptionally organized. About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office supplies and administrative documents.
- Support day-to-day employee and customer relations efforts.
- Prepare accurate reports and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Support onsite operations and serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain job and office calendars.
- Consistently display excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Pick up or delivery of supplies as needed.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years administrative experience
- Acceptable background and driving record, valid driver license, and reliable transportation.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and leadership.
- Must be a team player and be able to provide exemplary results while working on projects independently.
- Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
- High internal and external customer service skills
