Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement measurable treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as data and clinical judgment indicate. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to care and consistent support across settings. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes in compliance with licensure, agency policies, and ethical standards. Employ trauma-informed practices, cultural humility, and client-centered approaches to foster engagement, motivation, and meaningful change. Participate in case conferences, supervision, and ongoing professional development to continually elevate your practice.

- Housing and transition support: Comprehensive housing assistance to ease relocation and travel logistics, helping you settle quickly and focus on clinical care and client outcomes. Additional beneficiary supports may include stipends, mileage considerations, or relocation stipends as applicable to the assignment.
- Travel and on-call support: You’ll have dedicated, 24/7 support from the company while traveling, ensuring you’re never alone in navigating clinical challenges, logistical questions, or urgent needs that arise during assignments. Our team is committed to removing barriers to your success and keeping you connected to the resources that matter most.
