Registered Nurse- PRN

Must work all units and shifts as assigned throughout the facility. Required to attend an 8-day New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday + the following Mon-Wed. No Exceptions!

Shifts: Weekday M-F, 8's: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a ; Weekends Sat & Sun: 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Job Requirements: AL RN License for at least 5 years in a beavioral health capacity

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current status as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
• Five (5) years or more of experience in psychiatric nursing.
• RN must have credentials to direct physical management of the patient and have current CPR certification.
• New hires are required to attend 8-days of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday + the following Mon-Wed.
• Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check, and drug screen.
