Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join ourteam in Tuscaloosa AL as a Brand Protection Advisoryoulldeliver on-site evaluations coaching and insights that elevate food safety guest experience workplace safety and operational with clients toidentifyrisks reinforce brand standards and drive continuous improvement making a measurable impact on public health and customer satisfaction.

HowYoullMake anImpact:

  • Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting coaching and training to meet the unique expectations and program requirements of the clients and help protect their brand and delight their guests

  • Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings areas of improvement and recommendations to client leadership

  • Partner with otherEcoSureand Ecolab teams to solve client challenges

  • Complete a budgeted number of visits each week delivering an exceptional client experience

  • Utilize an iPad Microsoft Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning and perform essential job functions

  • Support the growth initiatives of our company and our clients

  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing operational visits within hotels restaurants convenience stores the education sectorhealthcareand senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents

Position Details:

  • Candidate mustresidewithin a commutable distance ofTuscaloosa AL

  • Percent of overnight travelrequired: Up to 50%

  • Position requires the ability to work occasional evenings weekends and overtime as business needs dictate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Two years of hospitality industry-related experience

  • Position requires a current and valid Drivers Licensewith no restrictions

  • Due to the nature and hours of the work must be 21 years of age or older

  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position

Physical Requirements of Position:

  • Beingaround touchingand potentially consumingfood made from or with animal products and/or top allergens

  • Liftingand carrying25 pounds

  • Inspectingclient playgrounds by climbing crawling in tightareasand goingdown tubeslides

  • Bending squattingshiftingand adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head

  • Standingand walkingfor extended periods of time in client locations

  • Drivingand/or flyingto client locations as needed;you are responsibletohavethe proper documentation to fly such as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification

  • Drivinga company-paid vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed todetermineeligibility to drive a company vehicle)

  • Bachelors degree in culinary hospitality or business field

  • Multilingual (Spanish & French preferred)

  • High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $45000-$67400. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
