Assembly Line Operator:
1st / 2nd shift
Pay $14-$16/hr
Immediate hire
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Assembly Line Operators to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of performing tasks with precision and maintaining the quality of the products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various assembly tools and machinery as required.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor immediately.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and be open to adapt to changes.
- Follow both verbal and written instructions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and environmental standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Proficiency in using assembly tools.
- Sufficient physical reflexes and mobility to navigate the assembly line.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to new projects, practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of environmental ISO14001 preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, 75% of the time.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
