Accounting Manager
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience; previous supervisory experience a plus
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Sage or MAS 90 preferred; be able to troubleshoot problems when necessary
- Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing enviroment is a plus

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Oversee and process all accounts payable activities
- Manage daily cash tracking and cash flow reporting
- Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports
- Perform purchase order (PO) invoice matching and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors
- Serve as backup for payroll processing
- Prepare and file sales/use tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Complete month-end reconciliations and prepare financial statements for review
- Maintain and update specialized financial tracking tools
- Coordinate year-end processes with the company's CPA firm
- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financials for the owner's real estate company; oversee year-end coordination with the CPA
