Position Overview

As Senior Audit Manager, you'll lead complex audit engagements while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver exceptional audit quality and valuable insights to our clients.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Develop and execute risk-based audit strategies aligned with professional standards
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead client meetings and present audit findings to management and audit committees
• Mentor and develop junior staff members while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to practice growth initiatives
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active CPA license required
• 3-5 years of progressive public accounting audit experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SOX requirements
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities
• Experience with audit software and data analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's preferred)
