Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist policyholders with policy changes, claims processing, and billing questions.
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
- Keep client records up-to-date and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Valid Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and terminology.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
