About the Role
Pages Staffing is a staffing and recruiting firm filling a Benefits Specialist opening with a client in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. You'll guide employees through enrollment and be their go-to for benefits questions.
What You'll Do
• Walk employees through enrolling in their benefit plans.
• Answer coverage, eligibility, and deadline questions clearly.
• Support open enrollment sessions and communications.
• Keep enrollment data accurate and up to date with carriers.
What We're Looking For
• 1+ year in benefits, HR, or a customer-facing role.
• Clear, patient communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with benefits portals and spreadsheets.
