Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in wood products, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Manufacturing General Laborer to join their team. As a vital member of the manufacturing support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of wood products, contributing to the overall success of the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Manufacturing General Laborer

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Load and unload wood products weighing up to 50 pounds efficiently and safely
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Support team members in daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
