Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Dothan, Alabama — earn up to ($1800 - $1894 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama with MedSurg experience.

• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.

• Experience in achieving departmental and organizational targets.

• Experience in monitoring patient progress and vital signs accurately.

• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.

• Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
