Overview
We are seeking skilled CNC Mill and CNC Lathe Machinists for our weekend shift. The shift will be 3, 12 hour days. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in CNC machining to produce high-quality components. If you are passionate about precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with mills and lathes with a minimium of 5 years experience.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges to ensure precision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
