**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures in alignment with site-specific policies and protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, offering support as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate and in accordance with established procedures.
+ Promote a positive experience for guests, tenants, or employees at the location through professional interactions.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Able to ride a bike.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
