**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
+ Prepare and submit detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
+ Assist with access control procedures and enforce property rules and regulations as outlined in site-specific guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
