Compensation:$120,300 - $212,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate with confidence and clarity.
- Cultivate and manage incoming leads to build lasting client relationships and drive business growth.
- Utilize advanced tools and marketing strategies to efficiently close deals and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
- Collaborate with our team to foster a supportive and high-energy environment that encourages professional development.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and one-on-one coaching to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Leverage our marketing and administrative support to focus on client interactions and closing deals.
- Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
