Dining Room Host or Hostess
At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining and drive-thru experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. A Team Member is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Members are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping yourself accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Members two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and being coachable in any position. Team Members lead by example and set the tone that others will follow with a positive attitude on the job.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile

- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Open and/or close, learn all operations for your role, and clean the restaurant
- Be on time, coachable, positive, and a positive influence on all staff around you
- Excellent communication skills with a smile and say \My Pleasure\ to all guests
