REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
ADMISSION NURSE
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admission Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming new residents, completing admission assessments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring a smooth transition into our facility.
Responsibilities:
• Complete admission assessments and required documentation
• Coordinate the admission process with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Review physician orders and ensure appropriate implementation
• Communicate resident needs to the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote a positive admission experience for residents and families
Qualifications:
• Current RN license in good standing
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Long-term care experience preferred
