Associate Agent - Farmers Insurance (Hybrid, Mobile)

Farmers Insurance District 50-05 is growing across Alabama. This hybrid role allows you to serve clients in Mobile and surrounding areas , while receiving hands-on training and mentorship at our district office in Mobile . With 95+ years of brand strength and the University of Farmers® training program, we prepare you for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Work with local families and businesses to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.
- Participate in district-led training sessions in Mobile.
- Build a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.
Requirements
- Must obtain Alabama P&C and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided).
- Customer service or sales background preferred.
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive.
