We're hiring manual machinists across a wide skill range. Whether you’re just getting started operating machines or you're a seasoned expert who can read drawings, program CNCs, and rig large components, we have a role for you. Work Experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC or manual mills and lathes depending on your experience level
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Perform setups and inspections of parts using standard measuring tools
• Program CNC machines from drawings (higher-end positions)
• Rig and handle large components (higher-end positions)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous machining experience (required for higher-tier roles)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with manual machines (Fanuc, Haas, etc.)
• Comfortable with lifting and rigging heavy parts (preferred for higher pay bracket)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
