Our Eye center in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Full Time CRNA
Montgomery Eye Surgery Center is a single-specialty surgery center that has been serving Montgomery, Alabama and surrounding areas since 1997. Our highly trained staff is comprised of dedicated surgeons and nurses specializing in ophthalmology surgery and care. At Montgomery Eye Surgery Center, our goal is to provide excellent service to our patients with a high quality, comfortable and relaxing visit. We are currently searching for PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks.
Major Responsibilities:
- Administering anesthesia and anesthesia-related care
- Performing patient assessments and evaluations
- Monitoring and supporting vital life functions
- Acting as the patient's advocate
- Participating in QAPI activities related to anesthesia services
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of School of Nursing
- RN with active, unrestricted state license (in appropriate state)
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
- Current certification from AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Current BCLS/ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification as required
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a CRNA
- Strong ethical and moral character
- Basic computer skills
Documentation of all COVID-19 vaccination or boosters received or requested Medical or Religious exemption granted.
