Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Birmingham, AL

Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: Hourly Pay starting at $46 per hour (Negotiable depending on experience)

Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Birmingham, Alabama , to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across elementary, middle, and high school while making a meaningful impact on their communication and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Active or eligible Alabama SLP license.

• Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
