Description Wesley Place is hiring a driven CNA to be a part of the team. This is an opportunity to be a part of a team that truly supports one another, to thrive and achieve new professional and personal goals. BEST STAFF TO RESIDENT RATIO IN THE AREA!! Key Responsibilities As a CNA on the team, you’ll be tasked with:- Providing care and education to the residents according to their Care Plan
- Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges
- Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Answering residents’ Call Lights promptly
- Other duties as assigned
