Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in specialty required License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA NIH certifications required Must-Have: Must have 2 years of recent experience in cardiac surgical intensive care. Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Description: The role involves care for adult and geriatric patients requiring critical care. Focus is on post-operative recovery and providing complex invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Nurses are expected to exhibit high levels of professional competency. A stepdown unit is also part of the responsibilities, focusing on recovery after surgeries. The team is dedicated to providing a patient-centered approach to care.
