Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless follow-through.
• Build positive relationships with customers by listening actively, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions, representing KYNY Group with integrity and warmth.
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related role is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to de-escalate situations and find creative solutions.
• Comfortable using customer service software, CRM platforms (such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot), and standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Genuine desire to help people, with the patience and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with care.
• Ability to manage inquiries simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
