Valor Communities is actively seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Builder to support our Construction Managers in the day-to-day operations of our homebuilding sites. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow in the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk homes daily to assist in monitoring construction progress and quality
• Help maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
• Support Construction Managers in scheduling municipal inspections
• Communicate with trade partners and suppliers to coordinate timelines
• Learn and assist with enforcing Valors safety and quality control standards
• Pitch in with small tasks to support trades and keep projects on track
• Update production schedules and assist with reporting
• Help verify and track deliveries and materials on site
• Maintain professional communication with team members and management

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting Salary: $45,000 per year
